My research is concerned mainly with nonlinear elliptic and parabolic differential equations and nonlinear functional analysis. One aspect of my research focuses on the study of the existence, uniqueness and qualitative properties of solutions of various nonlinear differential equations, mostly arising from applied sciences, such as from mathematical biology and chemical reaction theory.

The other aspect of my research is concerned with nonlinear functional analysis and its applications to various nonlinear problems. My interests in this direction focus mainly on the development and new applications of tools in nonlinear functional analysis, such as the generalised Conley index theory, topological degree theory and critical point theory.

I've been the principal supervisor of several Master's degree students and PhD students. For scholarship opportunities, see Postgraduate Scholarships
